the triumpth is the only st croix rod that is not total garbage i own a frickin hundred rods i bought into the walleye legend tournament rods i had to warranty it twice it was garbage warranty took the whole season both times they break like twigs no other brand have i had such issue with and have not broken rods that easy ever all my others 13 fishing lews fenwick new and VINTAGE FARULEITE RODS i have never broken and especially that easy it was a pinkys worth of drag force thats turn the handle drag force with a pinky of a 175$ abu garcia revo 2 size 20 i was puting the hook in the hook keeper when it snapped in 2 places havent broke rods that easy ever
